Job Purpose
Responsible for managing and growing sales performance in the Modern Trade channel, particularly in the Home Improvement segment (e.g., HomePro, Thai Watsadu, DoHome, Global House, Mega Home , Boonthavorn). This role focuses on strategic account management, trade planning, promotional execution, and cross-functional coordination to drive growth across consumer and painter segments.
Key Accountabilities
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets across assigned Modern Trade customers.
• Manage commercial negotiations including pricing, trading terms, space & display agreements, and promotional calendars.
• Analyze category trends, consumer behavior (homeowners, renovators), and painters need to align selling strategies and recommend tailored trade programs.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure effective execution of campaigns, product availability, and customer satisfaction.
• Track and evaluate promotion effectiveness, ROI, and in-store execution against KPIs.
• Lead listing and launch of new products, ensuring timely rollout and strong in-store presence.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and develop long-term joint business plans.
• Monitor sell-in and sell-out data to ensure forecast accuracy and manage stock levels effectively.

Experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account or Modern Trade Sales, preferably in building materials, paints, or home improvement categories.
• Strong understanding of Modern Trade structures, especially home improvement and construction retail channels.
• Proven experience managing Home improvement accounts such as HomePro, Thai Watsadu, DoHome, etc.
• Strong negotiation, commercial planning, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with sales reporting tools is a plus.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• English communication skills are an advantage.
