About this role
Description
At Tagg-N-Go, HR is not a back-office, policy-only function. We take a hands-on, embedded approach to supporting our people and our business. As we continue to grow, we’re looking to add an experienced HR professional who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and being close to the day-to-day realities of the business.
This role is ideal for someone who is well-rounded across HR, enjoys jumping in where needed, and wants to be a key contributor on a collaborative HR team.
The Role
The HR Generalist is a primary point of contact for site managers and employees on a wide range of employment-related matters. This role supports day-to-day HR needs, partners closely with leaders in the field, and contributes to projects and initiatives that strengthen the employee experience as we scale.
This is a high-visibility, hands-on role for an HR professional who wants to understand the business, build relationships quickly, and apply strong HR fundamentals in a practical, real-world environment.

- Support employee relations, including investigations, documentation, and performance management
- Triage workplace injuries and partner with internal teams and vendors on workers’ compensation matters
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Support HR projects and programs such as employee engagement initiatives, anniversaries, and recognition efforts
- Jump in to support recruiting and hiring efforts as needed, including onboarding support
- Spend time in the field building relationships, understanding site operations, and supporting business needs (including site visits, grand openings, and peak periods)
- Contribute to HR reporting, process improvement, and operational continuity
- Partner closely with the HR team to ensure consistent, compliant, and people-focused HR practices
