Job description
We’re looking for an dynamic, creative and proactive Marketing Analyst to join Conexa.
As part of our Marketing team, you’ll play a key role in executing and optimizing our marketing initiatives, helping us grow brand awareness, generate leads, and strengthen our presence across markets in the region.

Main responsabilities
This role will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the company’s digital marketing strategies and campaigns.

You’ll work closely with the Marketing Specialist and other team members to:
  • Support the creation and distribution of content for Conexa’s digital channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, website, etc.), as well as for the LinkedIn Profiles of Conexa’s top management.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events
  • Execute paid campaigns and analyze their performance to uncover insights and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with design, sales, and product teams to ensure consistency across campaigns
  • Research competitors, trends, and market dynamics to inform digital strategy.
  • Help drive the evolution of our brand positioning, bringing it to life in a clear and consistent way that resonates and motivates on our target audience.
Requirements
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a Marketing or Growth role.
  • Experience or strong interest in B2B tech or SaaS environments.
  • Experience or genuine interest in LinkedIn content, B2B event production, market & tech trends, and audience engagement.
  • Ability to proactively propose new campaign ideas, content formats, or initiatives to boost reach and engagement.
  • Understanding of how to leverage LinkedIn Ads for B2B growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Based in Buenos Aires (hybrid modality).
