- Organize and coordinate project teams and stakeholders from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, charters, and Statements of Work (SOW).
- Conduct and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and process analysis.
- Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and work plans.
- Estimate project costs, manage budgets, and ensure financial accountability.
- Monitor project risks, mitigate challenges, and ensure compliance with project goals.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion while maintaining quality standards.
- Improve business processes by breaking them down into specific steps for better outcomes.
- Organize and manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprints, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure seamless project go-live and post-implementation customer satisfaction.
- Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, Xray, MS Visio/Lucidchart, Slack, SharePoint.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, MSTeams).
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
