Roschier is seeking Associate Lawyers to join its private M&A team in spring 2026.

Working as an Associate Lawyer within our private M&A practice
The work of an associate can vary depending on the group, project and client you work with. Here at Roschier, we work with leading blue-chip companies, best in class financial investors and most exciting growth companies and you will be involved in projects that impact international business and market development. To provide you with the best foundation for your future, you will work on complex assignments and take on your own responsibilities early on in close collaboration with partners and senior colleagues.

Your profile
We are looking for candidates who have graduated or will have a law degree by spring 2026, with excellent oral and written communication skills and fluency in Finnish and English.
