What are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer who can take ownership of design initiatives end to end, contribute to research and product decision-making, and work closely with Product and Engineering to create clear, effective user experiences for Checkmarx’s security platform.
How will you make an impact?
- Owning UX initiatives end to end, from problem definition and prioritization to execution and delivery
- Balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals when making design decisions
- Applying strong system-level thinking to ensure scalable, consistent, and business-aligned user experiences
- Contributing to product strategy by translating insights into clear UX direction and actionable outcomes
Requirements
What is needed to succeed?
- 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI, or Product Designer
- Strong UX and UI skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates clear problem-solving, system-level thinking, and end-to-end ownership
- High proficiency in Figma and prototyping
- Strong ownership and collaboration mindset, judgment, and close loops end to end in cross-functional environments
- Ability to work independently, apply strong judgment, and close loops end to end
Advantages:
- Practical experience using AI-powered tools as part of the design workflow (e.g. research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, or design-to-code tools such as Figma Make or Cursor), with an understanding of how to use them responsibly and effectively
- Experience working on complex, web-based B2B products or big data/technical domains
