Overview:
Snapscale is on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about people, driven by results, and excited to help build high-performing teams. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping our workforce by identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting initial interviews and partnering closely with hiring managers. You’ll help build strong, future-ready talent pipelines and ensure our hiring process is efficient, timely, and aligned with Snapscale’s values and growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Talent Identification
- Proactively identify and source qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and internal talent databases.
- Implement both active and passive sourcing strategies, with a strong emphasis on attracting high-quality talent within the Philippine market.
- Leverage advanced sourcing methodologies such as Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn sourcing, social recruiting, employee referrals, and talent mapping to engage hard-to-find and niche candidates.
Talent Pipeline Development & Management
- Build, develop, and maintain a strong and sustainable talent pipeline for recurring, specialized, and hard-to-fill roles.
- Foster ongoing engagement with potential candidates to ensure readiness and availability for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records by managing profiles, statuses, and detailed notes within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Candidate Screening, Interviewing & Evaluation
- Conduct initial screening interviews and exploratory calls to evaluate candidate qualifications, communication skills, cultural alignment, and career goals.
- Assess candidates against defined job requirements and hiring criteria, providing clear, structured, and timely feedback to the Talent Acquisition team.
- Support the interview process by coordinating interview schedules, preparing interview materials and guides, and assisting with post-interview evaluations and recommendations.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Hiring Alignment
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition team members and hiring managers to gain a thorough understanding of role requirements, success profiles, and sourcing strategies.
- Provide market insights, talent availability data, and candidate recommendations to support informed and timely hiring decisions.
- Ensure sourcing and interview efforts are aligned with overall recruitment goals, hiring timelines, and business priorities.
Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding
- Support and actively participate in recruitment initiatives such as hiring drives, job fairs, campus recruitment, and other talent sourcing events.
- Assist in promoting open positions and employer branding initiatives to strengthen Snapscale’s presence in the talent market and attract high-quality candidates.
Candidate Experience & Engagement
- Deliver a consistent, professional, and positive candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment and interview process.
- Serve as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication, transparency, and a strong employer brand impression.
Reporting, Metrics & Compliance
- Maintain accurate, timely, and well-organized recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards to support data-driven hiring decisions.
- Assist in generating and analyzing key sourcing and recruitment metrics, including talent pipeline health, interview outcomes, time-to-fill, and overall recruitment performance.
- Ensure strict compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies through proper handling, documentation, and secure management of all candidate information.

Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management
Certifications
- No specific certifications required; relevant HR or recruitment certifications are an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within a BPO or shared services environment.
- Proven experience handling end-to-end recruitment and high-volume hiring.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong background in sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing candidates across various roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment techniques.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
