Our Structured Finance team is looking for a talented 2–4 years PQE lawyer. The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following workstreams: securitisation (private or public), debt capital markets, asset backed securities, receivables financing and/or asset-based lending.

What We’re Looking For:
An England & Wales qualified lawyer with 2–4 years’ PQE, with experience gained at either a City firm or a strong national or regional practice. The ideal candidate will be technically excellent, commercially minded, and solutions‑focused, with a strong client orientation supported by excellent communication and organisational skills.
The successful candidate will also play an active role in client business development initiatives, collaborate effectively as part of a high‑performing team, and demonstrate a genuine interest in contributing to the continued growth of our structured finance offering.
