Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join our international NPS team. You will work closely with colleagues across several countries on the further development of the NPS program, which delivers crucial insights into customer perception and loyalty.

In this role, you will work with large-scale datasets in a Google Cloud Platform (ODE) environment.
Your primary responsibilities include enriching survey-based NPS data with diverse customer attributes (e.g., age, contract details) and optimizing the underlying data enrichment and processing to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize data pipelines for NPS backend processing.
  • Enrich customer survey data with additional customer attributes and reference data.
  • Ensure stable, performant, and scalable data workflows in GCP.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of data structures, models, and architecture.
  • Collaborate closely with an international, agile team to enhance the NPS program end-to-end.

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in (Big) Data Engineering
  • Advanced SQL, basic NoSQL
  • Software development skills, ideally Python
  • Cloud experience, preferably GCP (ODE)
  • Basic CI/CD and deployment know-how

 

Nice to Have Skills

  • Knowledge of MPP systems / DBT
  • Experience with Airflow
