About this role

  • Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organising data from various sources.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical solutions.
  • Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
  • Assist in developing and implementing data-driven strategies to improve business processes.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on data analysis and interpretation.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Intermediate experience with SQL and data visualisation tools (e.g. Looker Studio).
  • Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python) is an advantage.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
