We are currently looking for Senior Financial Controller to join our finance team. 

Your responsibilities

  • Daily work with complex Excel files, designing and preparing reports based on Headquarters guidelines, conducting analytical reviews of actual results, drawing conclusions and proposing corrective actions

  • Accurate preparation of financial data and reporting in accordance with accounting standards (IFRS)

  • Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, supporting management in data-driven decision-making

  • Standardizing and streamlining processes, reducing operational risk and inefficiencies

  • Collaborating with auditors and regulatory authorities

  • Coordinating activities with other departments to optimize financial performance

  • Reporting to Chief Financial Officer and Management Board

Our requirements

  • Ability to work effectively in complex environments, collaborating with multiple stakeholders

  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure

  • Knowledge of IFRS – mandatory requirement

  • English proficiency C1 level – mandatory requirement

  • University degree in finance, accounting, or economics

  • 7-10+ years of experience as a financial controller, preferably in an international retail company

  • Experience in financial reporting and data analysis

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or others)

  • Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills

  • Hands-on experience with month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing, including coordination with internal/external stakeholders.
