About this role

Job Identification:

The Cloud Solution Architect is responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and continuously enhancing the organization’s cloud infrastructure with a primary focus on the Microsoft Azure platform (multi‑cloud experience with GCP and AWS is a plus).

The role centers on building scalable, resilient, secure, and cost‑optimized solutions by applying Well‑Architected Framework principles and Landing Zone architectures, with a strong focus on working across cloud pillars.

The Architect collaborates closely with I&T and Information Security teams, product owners, and business partners, operating with a project‑driven mindset to deliver robust and sustainable infrastructures that support both current and future services.

What We Expect:

Design & Architect Cloud and Hybrid Platforms: Design and architect Azure‑based platforms and hybrid cloud environments, covering compute, storage, networking, governance, and secure workload placement across private and public cloud components.

Execute Cloud Migration & Modernization: Execute migration strategies such as lift‑and‑shift, re‑architecting, and end‑to‑end modernization.

Qualifications:

Education

 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

 

Experience


10-15 years of experience in System Management / Cloud Platform Architect / Engineering roles.

 

Technical Skills

Strong expertise in Compute services in Azure App Services, Virtual Machines, VM Scale Set, etc..

Strong expertise in Management and Governance services in Azure Advisor, Backup, Policy, Tagging and Cost Management (Saving plan, CRG) etc..

Strong expertise in Network services in Azure Hybrid connectivity, Virtual WANs, vNet / Subnet, S2S VPN GW, ExpressRoute, Load Balancer, App Gateway, Private Link, Traffic Manager, etc..

Strong expertise in Storage services in Azure Disk Storage, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Files, etc..

Strong expertise in Migration services in ASR, Azure Migrate or other 3rd party applications.

Familiarity and hands-on experience with Infra-as-Code (IaC) automation tools such as ARM deployment models and terraform, etc..

Skilled in designing and operating HA/DR infrastructures aligned with RTO/RPO targets and workload needs.

Strong expertise in platform compliance with ISO 27001 and CIS Benchmarks (Level 1–2), including audit evidence collection and timely risk remediation.

Familiarity with Hybrid-Cloud Infrastructures resource monitoring.

Strong documentation skills for topology design, configuration, and operational procedures.

Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.

Clear, confident communication with technical teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and development teams.

Ability to lead cross‑functional technical discussions and drive design decisions that bridge technical and business perspectives.

Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities.

 

Language

Fluent English.

 

Certifications

Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert (strongly preferred).
Google Professional Cloud Architect or AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent, is considered a plus.
