Job Identification:
Commercial Digital Technologies / Digital Customer Experience
CCI is seeking Digital Technology Solution Architect who reports to Principal Architect. This role will be responsible for the architecture, design, and development of all customer-facing modules/subsystems including eCommerce, Campaign, Engagement and other Digital B2B solutions, mobile and web applications and technically drive all aspects of them for all CCI countries in Turkey, Middle East, Central Asia, and Pakistan regions. He/She will own the technical deliverables of one or more scrum teams while working closely with the architecture group to define the technology roadmap and drive industry best practices.

- Assists in the analysis, design, and development of a roadmap and implementation plan based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint.
- Gathers and analyzes data and develops architectural requirements at the project level, aligning architectural requirements with software development strategy.
- Supports and participates in developing policies, standards, guidelines and procedures.
- Participates in the EA business-wide and domain’s architecture Governance process.
- Researches and evaluates emerging technology, industry and market trends to assist in project development and/or operational support activities, providing recommendations based on business relevance, appropriate timing, and deployment.
- Demonstrate knowledge of business' structure (P&Ls) and the interplay of functions to support business goals; demonstrate knowledge of the business products, key processes, suppliers, customers, and market/competitors.
- Collaborates with project management on reporting project status, issues, risks, and benefits.
- Meets with project leaders and software development Leaders to ensure progress towards architectural alignment with project goals and requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math), a similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience with designing high performing applications with cost optimization and reusability in mind
- Leading others, functional/technical skills, creativity, innovation management
- Ability to multi-task amongst several priorities.
- Experience with software integration patterns – services, event management, SOA
- Familiarity with modern web development, mobile, and heterogeneous integrations.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly through self-study.
- Experience with Git version control, DevOps and Agile delivery process.
- Deep experience with some, if not all, of the following technologies: Angular, Node and other JavaScript libraries, .Net platform, Kubernetes, Docker and containerization in general, relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with using cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS and GCP
- Knowledge on Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment pipelines (Azure platform is desirable)
- This role will be responsible for developing both high level and detailed application designs and needs to understand what the "right "technologies are and be able to explain "why" they should be used.
Critical Skills & Experiences:
- 10+ years of total industry experience
- Experience with eCommerce platforms
- 2+ years of experience in an Architect or equivalent role
- 5+ years of hands-on custom application development experience in scalable enterprise software using Object Oriented Design practices
- Team leading, Inclusion, Give Back, Customer focus, Agile practices
- Proven experience in
- Complex architecture design for customer facing applications
- Web, Mobile, Microservices and Enterprise Integrations with extensive knowledge of architectural styles and design patterns
- Architecture methods, thinking and governance
- Functional and non-functional aspects (infra, security, performance, operation, etc) of solution architectures
- Cloud Native Apps, Containers, Container Orchestrators, API gateways
- Cloud platforms; Azure (preferred), AWS, GCP
- DevOps and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or Jenkins)
- Version control systems (git - GitHub preferred)
- Backend technologies such as C#, Java (min 3-5 years)
- RDBMS and NoSQL databases
- Data modeling and database design
- Preferable development experience with
- Frontend technologies and JavaScript Frameworks (Angular, React, Vuejs)
- Mobile technologies.
