JOB DESCRIPTION:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Four Main Responsibilities:
50% - Support manage MND RED social media
20% - Support Marketing campaign execution & in-site media synergy
20% - Support Marketing assets development
10% - Competitor analysis
Major Responsibilities/Activities:
- Work with social/media agencies on RED social media content including KOL/KOC selection, monthly spot plan, KPI checking and make sure achieve RED search index target;
- Support on 3 key bursts of Marketing campaign including campaign brief, agency pitch, proposal and aligh with key stakeholders on detailed out-site/in-site media synergy like exchage for EC IP.
- Work with design agency on brand asset development including SPP, KV, brand video, etc.
- Monthly competitor analysis including 4P like product positioning, ingredient, benefit, pricing,etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
Industry experiences:
- Food or Healthcare Nutrition industry experience preferred
Position experiences:
- At least 1-2 years of sales experience & related experience in digital or E-commerce marketing is preferred.
Language Skills:
- Excellent command of spoken and written of Chinese and English
Language Skills:

Computer Skills:
- Familiar usage of Microsoft Office Software;
Mobility:
- ~ 25% of time will be on business trip
