About the role
The HR Advisory & Leadership team is now looking for a HR Partner to help us on this journey. We are looking for an ambitious person with a strong inner drive. Someone who is proactive, professional, and likes to work operationally with both processes and people. A person who takes end-to-end ownership of their work, consistently striving for simplicity and effectiveness.
Main responsibilities as a HR Partner;
- Provide effective and professional HR support to managers through multiple channels
- Contribute to our annual people processes and take part in various People & Change initiatives, such as goal setting, salary review, DEI reporting and change management projects
- Work with individual cases and support managers within areas such as rehabilitation/work environment, performance management etc.
- Prepare materials for, and participate in, union negotiations
- Support the development of effective people processes and a modern, efficient HR delivery model that truly adds value to the business.
Who are you?
- Previous work experience within HR in an operative role
- Knowledge in how to use people data and analytics in decision making
- The ability to be a true team player who thrives in a fast-moving business where change is constant, and speed is essential for success
- Experience in re-organizations/transformations
- Previous experience in union negotiations
- University degree within HR or equivalent
- Preferably experience in SAP (SuccessFactors)
- Superior verbal and written communication skills both in Swedish and English
