Roschier is looking to hire Associate Lawyers to join its Real Estate team in Helsinki.

The firm is well known for its excellent track record of advising on demanding international business law assignments and large-scale transactions. In total, Roschier currently employs some 500 staff members.

Working as an Associate Lawyer within our Real Estate practice
The work of an associate can vary depending on the group, project and client you work with. Here at Roschier, we work with leading blue-chip companies, and you will be involved in projects that impact international business and market development. To provide you with the best foundation for your future, you will work on complex assignments and take on your own responsibilities early on in close collaboration with partners and senior colleagues.
Roschier's cross-border Real Estate team regularly advises private equity investors, institutional investors, real estate funds, developers as well as listed and private corporations in complex and challenging corporate real estate transactions, complex project development matters as well as demanding asset management issues. Cross-border cooperation especially with our Stockholm office is a cornerstone of our operations. We collaborate seamlessly with other practices of the firm to deliver optimal outcome for the client and have long-standing experience in large and complex corporate real estate matters and are therefore able to deliver comprehensive advice, including strategic advice on structuring of deals, joint ventures, and various financing solutions.
