About this role

Description

Who we are:

WeSki’s vision is to make it easy for skiers across the globe to book and enjoy their ideal ski trip at the best possible price. As the ultimate ski trip booking platform, WeSki enables everyone to design and book their ideal adventure in just a few clicks - quickly, seamlessly, and affordably. In an $80 billion industry that has remained largely traditional, this opens up a massive opportunity to redefine ski trips for modern consumers.

WeSki’s technology compares millions of combinations of flights, accommodation, transfers, passes, gear, and lessons instantly, saving hours of planning. Each trip is fully customisable, giving customers the flexibility of building it themselves, but with the expert protection and support of a holiday provider.

With all trip components automatically linked, customers can relax and enjoy their holiday knowing that all the logistics are taken care of - alongside 24/7 customer service whilst they’re away.

WeSki is an innovative, passionate and fast moving company - we partner with over 270 ski resorts (and counting) across 19 countries and have already sold over 100,000 ski holiday packages to skiers worldwide. We are in a rapid growth mode whilst maintaining profitability, making our business and product opportunities (and challenges) all the more exciting.

Role Overview:

At WeSki, we believe great content doesn’t just inform - it inspires people to book their next adventure. As our Organic Growth Content Manager, you’ll sit at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and innovation, shaping the stories that connect with skiers around the world.

You’ll work with our Head of Organic Growth and Brand team to turn AI-powered workflows into content that feels distinctly human: engaging, trustworthy, unique and memorable. From pages that drive bookings to inspiring pieces that capture the magic of the slopes, you’ll bring ideas to life through sharp writing and editing.

This role is both strategic and hands-on: you’ll test new AI-driven processes while still researching, writing, and editing yourself. You’ll make sure every article, guide, and webpage not only performs in search results, but also resonates emotionally with skiers and snowboarders.

By blending creativity with performance, you’ll help scale WeSki’s organic growth engine and establish our brand as the go-to destination for ski inspiration worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the SEO and Brand team to produce both transactional and informational content assets according to organic growth strategy briefs and formats.

  • Conduct research into content types, user intent and SERP competition.

  • Develop and refine prompts and processes to maximize AI content quality and efficiency at scale.

  • Experiment with different AI tools and integrations to enhance speed and quality.

  • Stay on top of AI trends and bring fresh ideas to our content strategy.

  • Review, edit, and fact-check AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, readability, and alignment with brand voice and messaging.

  • Maintain a consistent tone of voice tailored to skiers in key English-speaking markets according to the company's brand book.

  • Implement and publish website content.

  • Use data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for ongoing content optimization.

  • Regularly update and enhance existing articles to maintain accuracy, freshness, and SEO performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with content marketing, SEO, and organic growth.

  • Native English speaker.

  • Strong writing and editing skills, with creativity and keen attention to detail.

  • Proven track record of launching and scaling content projects with a clear, measurable impact on business results.

  • Hands-on experience with AI generative tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Jasper, Claude, etc.).

  • Experience using analytics and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, etc.) to analyze and perform data driven content audits and on-page optimization.

  • Proficiency in using CMS platforms and content management tools for publishing and managing content.

  • Self-driven and highly organized, with strong time, task and priority management skills, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

  • Fast learner, who thrives on discovering new opportunities and continuously improving workflows and processes.

Advantages

  • Skier / Snowboarder – always a plus.

  • Background in a B2C or travel-tech company.
