Responsibilities:

  • In HR Services, you take on central administrative tasks throughout the employee life cycle. You maintain our HR systems, support payroll preparation, create certificates, and contribute significantly to smooth and professional HR processes.

  • Administration: You create employment references, prepare BEM processes administratively, accompany audits and create A1 certificates

  • Payroll: You assist with preparatory payroll accounting, e.g. with the tax assessment of internal events and the creation of various reports

  • Training: You are responsible for a part of ordering and documenting training measures and assist with the planning of internal and external training courses

  • System maintenance & optimization: You maintain a part of our HR systems (SAP) and personnel files, ensure data quality, and drive process and interface optimizations in your area

  • Communication: You process requests from authorities, such as providing support with income tax and social security audits, pay slips, etc., thus ensuring transparent and efficient processes

  • Additional services: You represent colleagues in various matters, such as signing authority, company bicycles, or company cars

Qualifications:

  • Education & experience: You have completed commercial training and have professional experience in a comparable HR role

  • Expertise: You have a basic knowledge of labor law, collective bargaining agreements, social security law, and works constitution law

  • Working style: Your working style is characterized by structured processes, a high degree of accuracy, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Digital competence: You are confident in using MS Office and modern communication tools.

  • System and number affinity: You have experience working with SAP and, ideally, have already worked with Workday

  • Team & personality: You enjoy working with people, communicate clearly, and are a team player

  • Languages: Very good written and spoken German (C1) and good English skills (B1) round off your profile
