About the Role
We are seeking a Junior In-House Lawyer to support day-to-day legal operations across our group of entities. The role covers regulatory and administrative legal services, contracting, corporate governance, and litigation support, and will work either directly on matters or as the primary point of contact (POC) coordinating with local counsel in relevant jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
PRO / Regulatory & Administrative Legal Services
Manage and track licenses, permits, and regulatory registrations/renewals (including government/municipality/sector regulators).
Coordinate documentation and filings with PRO resources and relevant authorities.
Maintain a compliance calendar and ensure timely renewals and submissions.
Serve as POC with local counsel for any regulatory interpretation or escalations.
Contracts Management (Drafting, Review, Amendments, Execution)
Draft, review, and negotiate a range of agreements, including:
Employment-related agreements (offers, amendments, NDAs, policies support)
Influencer/marketing agreements
Subscriptions/SaaS/service agreements
Commercial deals and vendor/customer contracts
Prepare contract amendments, addenda, SOWs, and related documentation.
Support internal contract workflow: approvals, signature process, contract repository, and key obligations tracking.
Coordinate with local counsel on jurisdiction-specific clauses where required.
Litigation & Dispute Support
Support dispute management, including case intake, fact gathering, and document preservation.
Coordinate with external/local counsel on filings, hearing preparation, evidence, and communications.
Track litigation timelines, budgets, and status updates; maintain a dispute register.
Support settlement discussions and ensure internal alignment on dispute strategy.
Corporate Structure, Ownership & IP Support
Assist with maintaining the group’s corporate structure documentation (ownership records, entity details, authorizations).
Support basic corporate housekeeping: registers, powers of attorney (if applicable), and statutory records.
Assist with intellectual property matters (basic reviews, assignments, NDAs, coordination on filings/renewals through counsel).
Work with finance/leadership on corporate documentation needed for audits, banks, and counterparties.
BVI Entity Support & Governance
Act as internal POC for BVI-related legal and corporate governance matters, coordinating with registered agents/local counsel as needed.
Prepare and coordinate:
Contracts involving the BVI entity
Board and shareholder resolutions
Minutes of meetings and written consents
Approvals of budgets and key decisions (documentation and record-keeping)
Maintain governance records and ensure documents are executed and stored correctly.
Banking, KYC & Corporate Onboarding
Support opening and maintaining bank accounts and handling ongoing compliance queries.
Prepare and organize documentation for KYC, due diligence, and counterparties (banks, payment providers, partners).
Coordinate responses with finance, corporate secretarial providers, and local counsel where required.
Maintain an up-to-date folder/data room of corporate documents commonly requested for KYC.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Finance, People/HR, Commercial, Operations, and Leadership to provide practical legal guidance.
Help implement simple legal processes/templates to reduce turnaround time and risk.
Qualifications & Experience
LLB or equivalent law degree; admission to practice.
Registered with the Jordanian BAR Association. (Practicing lawyer)
3 years experience in-house, at a law firm, or a combination.
Solid foundation in contract law and legal drafting; comfort with high-volume contract review.
Exposure to corporate governance and regulatory/admin work is a strong plus.
Ability to coordinate efficiently with external counsel and service providers (including offshore/BVI).
Strong attention to detail, document management discipline, and ownership mindset.
Professional English and Arabic drafting skills.

Disputes are tracked and coordinated smoothly with counsel and stakeholders.
