This role is perfect for someone who loves building processes from scratch, shaping culture, and partnering with teams across the organization to drive growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, and help attract top talent in a competitive market.
- Own HR operations, including payroll coordination, attendance, statutory compliance, and HRIS management, while continuously improving processes.
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to leaders and teams across the company—guiding on performance, employee engagement, career development, company culture and employee relations.
- Drive employee experience initiatives—from engagement activities to policy design—to strengthen culture and retention.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to help the business make informed people decisions.
- 7+ years of HR generalist experience, ideally in startups or fast-growing organizations.
- Strong expertise in talent acquisition, HR operations, and business partnering.
- Deep understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- High ownership, proactive mindset, and comfort with ambiguity and rapid change.
