We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator Virtual Assistant - GoHighLevel to manage day-to-day marketing execution, lead generation, and conversion optimization for a technology-driven roofing platform. This role is hands-on and focuses on GoHighLevel management, instant quote optimization, and multi-channel marketing campaigns, starting with Northeast Ohio and expanding into new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage digital marketing execution, including local SEO coordination and conversion rate optimization across websites and landing pages.
  • Oversee Google Local Services Ads (LSAs), website tracking, call tracking, lead attribution, and performance reporting.
  • Own GoHighLevel execution, including funnels, landing pages, forms, calendars, booking workflows, SMS/email automations, pipelines, tagging, and A/B testing.
  • Optimize instant quote experiences end-to-end, including product descriptions, price book setup, CTAs, booking flows, split testing, and payment collection workflows.
  • Execute AI-powered lead sourcing and outbound outreach campaigns using email, SMS, and light call coordination.
  • Coordinate direct mail initiatives, offline marketing materials, and social media content scheduling across key platforms.
  • Support market expansion by launching new local SEO markets, coordinating go-live campaigns, and documenting repeatable marketing and conversion systems.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of marketing, growth, or demand generation experience
  • Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (required)
  • Experience optimizing funnels, booking systems, or conversion workflows
  • Comfortable with AI tools, automation, and marketing analytics
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
  • Home services or local services experience
  • Familiarity with LSAs, direct mail, and SMS/email outreach
  • Experience supporting multi-location or franchise-style growth
  • Fluent in English and comfortable working U.S. business hours
  • Comfortable working U.S. business hours and communicating clearly in English
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Quiet home office work environment
  • A fast and reliable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps with internet backup available
  • Dependable electricity with power backup available
  • Computer RAM: At least 12 GB RAM Memory for Windows, 8GB RAM for Mac
  • Computer Processor: AMD Ryzen 3 2200/i3, Intel 8th gen/i5 and above
  • Computer Operating System: Windows 11, or macOS (Sequoia, Sonoma, Ventura, and Tahoe)
