HR Assistant – Zagreb, Croatia or Rugvica, Croatia (Temporary contract 18 months)

Key Responsibilities
- Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate personnel files and update HRIS systems.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure smooth exit processes.
- Employee Support: Respond to inquiries on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- HR Documentation: Update job descriptions, organizational charts, and HR records.
- Projects & Programs: Assist with HR initiatives, surveys, events, and mentorship programs.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency and employee experience.
Qualifications
- University degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Finance or related field.
- 0–2 years of HR experience.
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Core Competencies
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with HR software (HRIS) is a plus.
