Purpose of role:
This role leads financial reporting and partners with the business to support informed decisions for the TH business. It delivers accurate management reports, drives cost efficiency, supports key projects, and strengthens governance by managing risks, enhancing controls, and monitoring performance to improve operational efficiency and long‑term business growth.
Responsibilities include:
P&L Ownership and Budget Control
Lead the control and delivery of P&L through proactive budget tracking and cost management.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure financial targets are met and variances are addressed.
Data Governance and Database Management
Maintain and enhance financial databases to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of data.
Implement data governance best practices to support reliable reporting and analysis.
Strategic Projects and Financial Modelling
Develop and drive strategic financial models to support operational effectiveness and long-term planning
Provide financial insights and scenario analysis to support key business decisions.
Smart Spending and Investment Optimization
Evaluate business cases to ensure smart spending and optimal allocation of resources.
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess ROI and improve investment efficiency.
Revenue and Profit Growth Analysis
Conduct pack, price, and channel analysis to identify opportunities for revenue and profit maximization.
Deliver actionable insights to commercial teams to support pricing and portfolio strategies.
Project Leadership
Lead cross-functional initiatives and projects that drive commercial and financial impact
Ensure timely execution, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.
Who are you?
Bachelor’s in Finance and/or Accounting or equivalent qualification
Minimum of 5 years’ managerial experience in similar capacity (MNC/listed company experience preferred)
Good knowledge and experience of commercial finance
Must have large company experience, working with multiple business partners
Strong verbal and written communication / English literacy
Proven organisation, leadership and coaching skills
Willingness to adapt to changes in technologies, regulations, and industry trends is essential
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather inputs for finance efficiency
Excellent in MS Excel, Power BI, Planning Analytics, Oracle Fusion or other ERP applications
Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Aptitude for identifying financial challenges and proposing solutions to improve performance and efficiency
Strong strategic thinking and executional skills, capable of building for simplicity and attention to detail
