Guide the team in applying Agile/Scrum practices effectively.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile mindset and practices.
Team Support
Remove impediments that block team progress.
Protect the team from external interruptions and distractions.
Encourage self-organization and accountability within the team.
Collaboration
Work closely with Product Owner to ensure backlog is well-groomed and prioritized.
Foster transparent communication between development team, stakeholders, and leadership.
Promote cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Continuous Improvement
Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.).
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
Encourage innovation and adaptability within the team.
