
About this role
At EXL we are looking for a Technical Recruiter with solid experience in the technology sector, ideally supporting Data Management roles. This position will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, supporting high-volume and specialized hiring needs across Colombia and Mexico. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with multiple open positions at the same time, collaborating closely with hiring managers, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, with a strong focus on Data Management positions (Data Engineers, Data Analysts, BI, Architects, etc.).
- Handle multiple requisitions simultaneously, maintaining strong organization and prioritization.
- Deliver high-volume hiring, with experience recruiting 10+ candidates per month.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, timelines, and priorities.
- Source candidates using different channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing).
- Conduct initial candidate screenings in Spanish and English.
- Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of recruitment activity and pipeline status.
- Ensure a positive candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process.
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably within Data, Analytics, or Technology environments.
- Experience hiring for roles based in Colombia and Mexico.
- Strong understanding of Data Management profiles and technical skill sets.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles at the same time in a high-demand environment.
- Experience hiring 10 or more candidates per month.
- English level B2 or C1 (spoken and written).
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Oracle, Power BI, and Excel, enough to understand role requirements and hold technical conversations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
