About this role
We’re looking for a Content Strategist who doesn’t just consume content — but creates, experiments, and obsesses over why it works.
This role is for someone who has built content themselves (videos, threads, carousels, reels, podcasts, newsletters — anything), understands audience psychology, and can spot storytelling moments instinctively.
This is not a video editing, production, or ops-heavy role.
This is a creative + behavioral role at the intersection of learning, storytelling, and habit formation.
You will own how learning content feels, hooks, and sticks.
What you’ll think deeply about
- Why users stop scrolling for certain content and ignore the rest
- Why some learning content creates daily habits while most is forgotten
- How to make learning irresistibly engaging without diluting depth
- How emotion, timing, format, and narrative influence retention
- How creators build trust and attention at scale
What you’ll do
- Design, test, and evolve new learning content formats that drive repeat daily usage
- Rapidly prototype ideas, run experiments, and iterate based on user behavior and data
- Translate audience insights into clear creative directions and playbooks
- Work closely with:
- External agencies and creator partners
- Internal content, strategy, and data teams
- Shape the long-term creative direction of learning content, not just one-off pieces
- Bring fresh references from the creator economy, social platforms, and storytelling trends
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in content strategy, content creation, media, or creative roles
- Someone who has made their own content and understands the creator mindset
- Strong intuition for audience psychology, emotions, and storytelling beats
- Ability to think in formats, hooks, narratives, and moments — not just topics
- Comfortable with ambiguity, experimentation, and fast feedback loops
- High ownership — you don’t wait for briefs, you create them
What will make you stand out
- You can explain why a piece of content worked (or didn’t)
- You naturally notice patterns in viral, sticky, and habit-forming content
- You enjoy learning new things and quickly translating them into creative output
- You care about craft, but move fast without perfectionism
- You’re excited about building something from zero to scale
Why this role matters
You won’t be optimizing existing formats — you’ll be shaping how learning content evolves.
Your work will directly impact how often users return, how deeply they engage, and how memorable learning feels. If you’ve ever felt that most educational content is forgettable — and you know it doesn’t have to be — this role is for you.
