The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with large-scale datasets, enterprise integrations, and Microsoft technologies (primarily SQL Server and SSIS), along with Azure and other cloud platforms

Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using SSIS and Azure cloud services
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views
- Implement ETL/ELT processes to integrate data from diverse sources across the organization
- Conduct data profiling and implement data validation frameworks to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Transform raw data into standardized formats that meet business requirements
- Apply advanced SQL optimization techniques including indexing strategies and performance tuning
- Monitor data pipelines and database performance proactively
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime
- Establish and maintain data quality standards and monitoring processes
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft SQL Server development
- Strong proficiency in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- Demonstrated experience with Azure cloud services (Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, or related services)
- Experience integrating data from various source systems including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Google BigQuery, Excel/CSV files, and API integrations.
- Expertise in writing complex T-SQL including stored procedures, functions, and views
- Deep understanding of SQL optimization techniques and performance tuning
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and managing enterprise-wide data integrations
- Proficiency in C# for developing custom data solutions and SSIS script tasks
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps for version control and project management
- Hands-on experience with data warehousing principles, including dimensional modelling, SCD Type 2, and Lakehouse-based data architecture.
