
About this role
We’re looking for a strong, hands-on HR leader who will take full ownership of the people function. You’ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team, build scalable HR processes, support business growth, and shape a strong, engaging company culture
Responsibilities
- Strategic HR partner and main HR point of contact for CEO and leadership.
- Full ownership of the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, and offboarding.
- Implement HR policies, ensure legal compliance, and manage HR administration.
- Lead performance management, employee relations, and manager coaching.
- Drive company culture, engagement, rewards, and retention initiatives.
- Implement HR automation and use data to improve people processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a senior HR role; 3+ years in Fintech or a similar environment.
- Degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Experience partnering with CEOs and senior leaders.
- Hands-on experience across recruitment, performance management, and HR operations.
- Data-driven mindset and experience with HR systems/automation.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
