Job title – Manager, HR (Animal Nutrition & Health)

The Manager, HR plays a critical role as Business Partnering in aligning the HR strategy with the business objectives of the organization. This position serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and provides strategic HR guidance and support to ensure the effective implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership and business stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and drive organizational performance.
- Employee Relations and Performance Management: Serve as a trusted advisor and provide guidance to managers and employees on employee relations matters, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Talent Development and Succession Planning: Identify key talent and high-potential employees, working closely with managers to develop and implement robust development plans.
- Compensation and Benefits: Partner with the compensation and benefits team to design and implement competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs.
- HR Policy and Compliance: Interpret and communicate corporate HR policies, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. Conduct regular audits to assess HR compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provides coaching and feedback on how to improve individual and organizational performance to meet strategic and tactical goals and objectives.

You Bring:
- Minimum 5-8 years in a HR generalist role with at least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition and business partnering.
- A bachelor degree in Business, HR or relevant disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws, regulations, and employment practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
