About the Department:
The FTS Program Management Office (PMO) supports business teams by improving system reliability, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring business logic across FTS platforms remains accurate. The team collaborates with system administrators, project managers, and business users to deliver enhancements and maintain efficient workflows. It operates in a knowledge‑sharing, collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning. How You Will Add Value?
Business Unit Consultation:
You will review and clarify business and system requirements.
You will train users to reduce recurring issues.
You will assess workflows and recommend improvements.
System Enhancement & Implementation:
You will participate in project and solution review meetings.
You will coordinate with users and technical teams to implement changes.
You will prepare test plans and support execution.
You will manage user acceptance testing.
You will resolve post‑implementation issues.
You will create functional and reporting specifications.
You will prepare data and confirm readiness for production releases.
Business & System Support:
You will respond to system support queries and escalate when needed.
You will maintain and enhance system reports.
You will support root‑cause analysis for system issues.
You will identify bugs, recommend enhancements, and define workarounds.
You will assist with monthly release testing and documentation.
Workflow Analysis & Additional Duties:
You will document processes and recommend improvements.
You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
You will pursue continuous learning and maintain PMO documentation.
What Will Help You Be Successful?
Experience & Education:
Experience with FTS systems and financial or securities workflows.
Background in business analysis or system support.
Bachelor’s degree, Associate degree, or relevant experience.
Technical Skills:
Ability to write documentation and deliver training.
Strong analytical and data‑handling skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to analyze problems and propose solutions.
Work Shift Timing - 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM IST / 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM IST / 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST (Should be flexible for rotational shifts)
