About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Design Coordinator - MEP to support the delivery of the project. The role requires strong technical coordination skills, familiarity with multidisciplinary design processes, and the ability to work closely with contractors, consultants, and client stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all MEP design packages across design stages, ensuring alignment with project requirements and compliance standards.
• Support the review and integration of design submissions from consultants and contractors.
• Liaise with internal and external design teams to resolve technical issues.
• Manage design progress, track deliverables, and ensure timely closure of outstanding items.
• Facilitate design workshops, technical meetings, and interface coordination sessions.
• Ensure design coordination aligns with overall project delivery strategy and construction phasing.
• Collaborate closely with the PMO Design Management team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum 7-10 years' experience in MEP design coordination on large-scale building or arena projects.
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary design integration, codes, and standards.
• Experience working with contractors and design consultants in the GCC region preferred.
• Chinese-language capability is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
