About the role - you will:
As a key leader in the organization, you will:
- Direct the Business Excellence team to meet and exceed strategic operational objectives.
- Spearhead cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing productivity, reducing costs, and elevating quality standards.
- Champion Lean initiatives, embedding a continuous improvement mindset and Lean culture across all levels of the workforce.
- Strategize headcount planning and deployment to maximize factory efficiency and labor utilization.
- Act as a primary Change Agent, driving organizational transformations that result in quantifiable and sustainable improvements.
About you:
- Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
- Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to lead and inspire diverse teams toward achieving complex organizational goals.
- Results-Driven Mindset: Self-motivated with a relentless focus on delivering high-impact, measurable outcomes.
- Collaborative & Adaptable: Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and builds strong rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
Your experience includes:
- At least 5 years’ process improvement experience in manufacturing environment.
- Expertise in leading large-scale, cross-functional projects with tangible benefits.
- Working knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma.
- Proven ability to drive organizational change and process adoption.
