What will you be doing?
As a Digital Compliance Analyst, your responsibilities will include among others,
We are looking for 2 enthusiastic and skilled Digital Analysts to join our team in Bristol.
Here you’ll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and business operations, helping our organization make effective data-driven decisions and improve processes for our colleagues.
More specifically, you’ll play a significant role in designing processes, testing processes and obtaining feedback from the business on those processes, which can be communicated to the wider team.
This role is a permanent position to be based at our Bristol office with an expectation of at least 2 days per week attendance in the office.
The interview process will consist of 2 stages. The first being a virtual session followed by a face to face meeting with the team in Bristol at stage 2.
- Assist in the design, development and testing of solutions to automate and streamline tax compliance workflows (mainly using MS PowerSuite)
- Develop and maintain detailed process maps, workflows and use cases
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns and areas for improvement
- Act as a digital and AI ambassador, sharing knowledge and supporting the adoption of new tools within the wider team
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for further automation and process improvement
- Lead the digitisation of the tax business by exploring and implementing technology solutions under the guidance of senior team members
Qualifications
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have,
- Proven and demonstrable experience in business analysis or related field
- Demonstrable use of AI applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with business process modelling and requirements gathering
- Excellent knowledge of SQL and database concepts
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Power Platform, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools such Power BI
Desired:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience in a professional services environment, preferably tax
