About the Role

As an HR Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be part of a dynamic and international organization, supporting the Talent Acquisition and HR team across Colgate-Palmolive and Hill’s Pet Nutrition. You will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employer branding, and HR operations, working closely with HR professionals on both daily activities and strategic projects.

 

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling) for Colgate-Palmolive and Hill’s Pet Nutrition

  • Assist the HR team in initiatives and projects related to Talent Acquisition (implementation of new tools, processes, and procedures)

  • Manage Talent Acquisition administrative activities, including:

    • candidate database maintenance

    • Preparation of reports and dashboards

    • Internship activation processes

 

HR Projects & Employer Branding

  • Work closely with the HR team to plan and execute HR events and initiatives such as onboarding sessions, employee engagement activities, training events

  • Contribute to employer branding activities aimed at attracting top talent (e.g., university events, career fairs, online campaigns)

  • Coordinate the internship program, supporting interns and managers throughout the internship lifecycle

 

What We Are Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Law, or related fields

  • Languages: Fluent in Italian and English (both spoken and written)

  • Experience: Previous internship or experience in a Human Resources department is a plus

  • Skills:Strong communication skills and strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Confident user of Google Workspace tools (Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs)

  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn in a multinational environment

  • Availability: Full-time availability is required

 

Start Date: February 2026

Location: Rome Office

Duration: 6-month internship
