As one of the key members of our newly established and growing design team, you’ll have the  opportunity to shape not just the product, but our design culture and processes as well.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end design for key features: from research and ideation to high-fidelity mockups and developer handoff.
  • Conduct or support user research, usability testing, and interviews to validate design decisions and uncover user pain points.
  • Audit and improve existing user flows, UI patterns, and information architecture for consistency and clarity.
  • Maintain and expand our design system in Figma, ensuring scalable and cohesive UI components.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering, business, and sales teams and internal stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
  • Contribute to internal documentation, tooling, and process improvements for UX and product design.

Qualifications

✅ 2–3 years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing thoughtful product thinking and polished execution

✅ Strong grasp of UI fundamentals: usability, accessibility, interaction patterns, and responsive design

✅ Visual design skills: confident in typography, layout, spacing, and color usage

✅ Proficiency in Figma: component logic, prototyping, and working within or improving a design system

✅ Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments and collaborating across design and engineering

Bonus Points

➕ Experience designing for healthcare, enterprise tools, or data-heavy platforms

➕ Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.0)

➕ Understanding of Material Design or similar component-based design systems

➕ Background in frontend or product thinking beyond design

Additional Information

If you're looking for hands-on experience in shaping UX within a growing team, we'd love to hear from you! 🚀
