We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Operations / HR Admin to join our growing HR team in Munich. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on HR work, thrives in a dynamic environment, and brings relevant HR administrative or operational experience - without the need for deep specialization or high organizational complexity.You will support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle and work closely with employees, managers, and global HR stakeholders to ensure a smooth, professional, and people-focused HR experience.

What will your job look like?
- Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers on various HR-related topics
- Support the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and employee data maintenance
- Coordinate onboarding processes and orientation days across different Munich campuses
- Support payroll and benefits administration by coordinating data and working with internal and external vendors
- Maintain and update employee data in HR systems (HRIS) and ensure data accuracy
- Prepare HR-related documents such as employment confirmations, certificates, and letters
- Support HR reporting, basic data analysis, and administrative tracking
- Assist with internal audits and compliance-related HR tasks
- Support employee experience initiatives, events, and engagement activities
- Collaborate with global HR teams and local stakeholders in a fast-paced, evolving environment
All you need is:
- 1-5 years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, or a similar HR support role
- Relevant HR experience across one or more HR domains (operations, admin, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee experience, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- A service-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, sometimes ambiguous environment
- High learning agility and comfort working with HR systems and digital tools
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Fluent English; German on C1 level
- Positive, energetic, and proactive attitude (“can-do” approach)
