Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and other employee-related paperwork.
- Support HR in processing Iqamas, visas, and other government formalities for employees and trainees.
- Help respond to employee and trainee inquiries about HR policies and procedures.
- Data and Reporting:
- Maintain HR records for trainees and employees in databases and files.
- Assist in preparing HR reports or presentations as needed.
- HR Projects and Events:
- Support the HR team in organizing training sessions, orientation programs, and employee engagement events.
- Administrative Support:
- Perform general office duties and assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Languages, Translation, or a related field.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel with VLOOKUP mandatory, PowerPoint).
- Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
