Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support employee movements such as promotions, transfers, and separations.
- Maintain employee records in the HRIS (e.g., personal data, job history, compensation details).
- Administer local employee benefits programs, including enrollment and claims processing.
- Support the implementation of employee assistance programs to enhance work-life balance.
- Ensure accurate and timely timekeeping and attendance reporting using HR systems.
- Address and resolve HR-related queries from employees and managers, adhering to Shared Service guidelines.
- Assist in the execution of New Hire Onboarding orientations.
- Maintain employee records in the HRIS.
- Ensure all HR activities comply with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
- Assist in the implementation of site-specific engagement programs to enhance employee morale and workplace culture.
Qualifications
WORK EXPERIENCE
- At least 1 year of experience in a Human Resources function
- Proven experience in timekeeping and attendance management
- Exposure to HRIS or other HR systems is an advantage
- Basic understanding of HR practices, benefits administration, and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
COMPETENCIES
- Knowledge and insight of the best practice, techniques and work processes gained through technical training and substantial work experience where procedural or systematic proficiency on HRIS
- Work is closely but not stringently supervised and governed by specific instruction that permits scope for limited re-arrangement of the sequence of work, and typically has impact through the provision of activities that require technical understanding of Human Resources and HR systems and application
