Your role:
We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our global HR team of newly created SUSONITY Group. Since Aug 1, 2025 SUSONITY is part of Global New Materials International (GNMI), which is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to employees and leaders across several European countries, with a dedicated focus on supporting our global Commercial organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
-In this role you will report directly to the Head of HR Germany and EMEA.
-Act as the first point of contact for managers in all HR-related matters across multiple European countries such as France, --Italy, Spain, Poland and United Kingdom
-Provide dedicated HR support and sparring for the Commercial function
-Support the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding
-Advise managers on labor law–related topics, HR policies, and best practices in an international context
-Support recruitment activities in cooperation with hiring managers and external partners
-Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes and initiatives across Europe
-Collaborate closely with global and regional HR colleagues to ensure alignment and consistency
-In 2026, your main focus will be the implementation of the new HR operating model that includes several process design activities along the employee life-cycle, as well as strengthening the daily HR tasks and managing the new external HR vendor for HR Services, admin and operations.
What you will bring:
-Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable qualification
-Several years of professional experience as an HR Generalist, ideally in an international environment
-Solid knowledge of HR processes and employment law; experience across multiple European countries is a strong plus
-Strong consulting mindset with the ability to build trust at all organizational levels
-Hands-on, structured, and solution-oriented working style
-Fluent in German, English, and Polish (written and spoken). Additional languages are welcomed.
-Confident user of HR systems, ideally Successfactors and MS Office
