About this role

We need your professional experience:
  • Previous experience in Customer Support / Customer Service or a similar role;
  • Experience working with chat-based support systems and ticketing tools;

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher (both written and spoken);

  • Experience handling customer requests via calls will be a strong advantage.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain information clearly and politely;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset;

  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with different stakeholders;
