About this role
We're looking for a Remote Federal Recruiter to source, screen, and place candidates on federal government contracts. This role focuses on healthcare staffing (nurses, medical technicians, clinical staff) and general administrative/professional positions supporting federal agencies.
You'll work directly with our contracts team to fill positions on active task orders, build talent pipelines for upcoming opportunities, and manage candidates through the federal onboarding process including security clearance coordination.Tools You'll Use- Indeed- ATS (Applicant Tracking System)- Microsoft 365 / Teams
