About this role

Description

AI is redefining what’s possible in sales intelligence, and data is the fuel behind it. We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead Lusha’s Professional Contacts Data domain, one of our most strategic and high-impact areas.

You’ll partner with world-class Data Science, Engineering, and Compliance teams to build AI-powered, real-time data products that continuously improve accuracy, unlock deeper insights, and make prospecting radically more effective for B2B sales teams. Your work will help power the next generation of Lusha’s AI sales engine: more accurate, more dynamic, and designed to drive smarter revenue outcomes at scale.

What you'll do

  • Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Lusha’s data product lines, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
  • Lead the entire product lifecycle, from discovery and validation to launch and continuous iteration, across new and existing data products.
  • Partner with Engineering and Data Science to integrate advanced ML and LLM models, enhancing data accuracy, enrichment, and real-time signals.
  • Collaborate closely with design partners to validate assumptions and co-create high-impact product initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally with GTM, analytics, compliance, and legal teams to ensure seamless execution and adoption of data initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and maintain Lusha’s competitive edge in B2B data.

Requirements

Someone who is:

  • Customer-centric. Customer problems are at your core. You don't stop until the product genuinely solves their needs.
  • Data-savvy. You have a strong grasp of data management principles, ecosystems, and analytics techniques, and can translate that into practical product decisions.
  • Independent & ownership-driven. You move fast from ideation to implementation, thrive in ambiguity, and don't wait for direction.
  • AI-native. You're a daily user of AI tools building prototypes with coding assistants and agentic IDEs, and passionate about applying this to accelerate product and development cycles.

Someone who has:

  • Customer-obsessed approach, with experience in user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, building and scaling products.
  • Proven experience building data products and pipelines, including defining key data points.
  • Strong understanding of data quality frameworks and how to apply them to drive product improvements.
  • Ability to independently drive projects from ideation to execution.
  • Background as a proven collaborator and communicator across multiple teams and disciplines.

Advantage:

  • Experience working in the B2B SaaS space, ideally in a sales or data-focused product environment.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered data applications, including the use of ML or LLMs to enhance product capabilities.
  • Familiarity with APIs and large-scale systems, including how data flows across platforms and products.
