
About this role
We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join Madiff as an IT Recruiter Trainee. This role is ideal for someone eager to start a career in IT recruitment while developing hands-on skills in artificial intelligence and automation. You will receive direct training and mentoring from experienced professionals, gain exposure to cutting-edge recruitment processes, and actively participate in building and optimising our AI recruitment tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting IT candidates for client projects
- Manage job postings and initial candidate communication
- Support scheduling and coordination of interviews
- Update and maintain recruitment data in ATS systems
- Learn and use AI-powered tools to streamline sourcing and candidate management
- Collaborate with the AI team to test and provide feedback on recruitment automation solutions
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing workshops
- Support other recruitment and HR activities as required
- Full-cycle IT recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management
- Practical application of AI tools in recruitment
- Best practices in IT talent market mapping and engagement
- Basics of AI prompt engineering and recruitment workflow automation
- Usage of industry-standard platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment CRMs
Requirements
- Recent graduate or final-year student (preferred: HR, IT, Business, Psychology, or related fields)
- Genuine interest in IT and technology trends
- Proactive, communicative, and eager to learn
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Basic English required (additional languages are a plus)
- Interest in AI and automation (no prior technical knowledge needed, but curiosity is essential
