
About this role
Sales & Aftersales Policy Review:
- Review and provide financial insight into sales policies, including MSRP and discount structures.
- Assess aftersales policies from a financial perspective to ensure profitability and market competitiveness.
Sales & Channel Efficiency Analysis:
- Evaluate the performance and efficiency of various distribution channels and sales activities.
- Identify underperforming areas and propose action plans for improvement.
Spare Parts & Accessories Optimization:
- Analyze sales data of spare parts and accessories to identify revenue enhancement or cost reduction opportunities.
- Propose strategies to optimize inventory turnover, pricing, and bundling tactics.
Strategic Business Support:
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of sales initiatives and campaigns.
- Prepare thematic and ad-hoc financial analyses as requested by Company Leadership.
- Support the assessment of new business models or strategic cooperation in different markets, ensuring financial sustainability.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Sales, Aftersales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment in strategies and objectives.
- Provide financial recommendations to support key decision-making processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, preferably in Sales Finance, Commercial Finance, or Business Performance roles.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience in evaluating pricing structures, channel profitability, and market models.
- Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems; experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership.
- Strong command of English (verbal and written).
