We are seeking a seasoned
Salesforce Technical Lead
with deep
expertise
in
back-end development and Salesforce Data Cloud
. This role requires strong leadership, architectural vision, and hands-on technical skills to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. You will lead a team of developers, drive technical discovery, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise-grade customer 360 initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of back-end developers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Design end-to-end solution architecture for ingestion, data unification, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions to identify data sources, integration patterns, and downstream activation needs.
- Oversee development across data pipelines, APIs, connectors, transformations, and orchestration components.
- Define and document the enterprise 360 data model, mapping logic, metadata standards, and governance framework.
- Design and implement robust back-end architectures that meet scalability and performance requirements.
- Collaborate with CRM, marketing, analytics, and data engineering teams to ensure unified data design supports all use cases.
- Conduct code reviews, solution reviews, and technical validations to maintain architecture quality.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications, optimizing code for performance and scalability.
- Stay updated on emerging back-end technologies and assess their value for current and future projects.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy regulations, and enterprise security policies.
- Contribute to technical documentation, including system architecture and design specifications.
- Partner with DevOps teams to streamline deployment and operational processes.
- Act as the technical point of contact for back-end development issues and queries.
Requirements
Requirements & Competencies
- Proven experience as a Back-End Developer with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce Data Cloud , including ingestion, data modeling , identity resolution, calculated insights, and activation workflows.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem architecture (Sales, Service, Marketing/MCAE, Experience Cloud, MuleSoft).
- Proven experience leading technical delivery of large-scale customer 360 or enterprise data platform initiatives.
- Expertise with data integration tools and technologies (MuleSoft, APIs, Kafka, ETL/ELT tools).
- Strong grasp of data governance, consent management, privacy standards, and enterprise security.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and scalable data storage/processing technologies.
- Solid understanding of schema design, metadata frameworks, and high-volume data processing practices.
Skill Set
