HealthPartners is hiring a Communication and Instructional Design Consultant. This role is responsible for developing engaging communications and learning experiences to enhance colleagues knowledge of Compliance-related topics.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Course Development: Design and develop courses and curriculum tailored to specific learning objectives and audience needs.
- Communication Development: Design and develop engaging content for various internal publications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create course and communication materials.
- Learning Experience Design: Implement courses utilizing multimedia and e-learning platforms.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct assessments of courses and communications to ensure effectiveness.
- Innovation: Stay updated on emerging trends in instructional design and educational technology to continuously improve learning experiences.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- A bachelor’s in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in a healthcare or other highly regulated environment
- Proven experience in instructional design or e-learning development. Preferably experience in a healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with reading, analyzing and working with healthcare or other complex laws, regulations and requirements
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Power Point, Excel and Visio
- Ability to effectively communicate, both written and oral, with different audiences, and tailor messages accordingly
- Ability to grasp new and complex concepts quickly, identify key impacts and translate for others
- Ability to self-motivate, take initiative and engage in critical thinking
- A drive for proactive and continuous improvement
