About this role

Our ideal Global HR Advisor is a proactive, approachable HR professional who communicates clearly, supports employees with empathy, and provides reliable guidance rooted in strong HR knowledge. They handle sensitive issues with discretion, stay organised in a fast-paced environment, and build trusted relationships across the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support employee lifecycle stages, including onboarding, assimilation, background verification and offboarding

  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, including internal communications, team interactions, employee pulse surveys, and addressing employee concerns

  • Assist with global payroll, including ensuring that employee hours are accurately recorded

  • Keeping the HR system updated regularly

  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and issues in a timely manner

  • Ensure ongoing compliance with payroll regulations and reporting requirements

  • Contribute to developing and revising HR policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits

  • Ensure HR practices comply with internal policies and external legal requirements

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation. Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations, and Code of Conduct

  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key metrics and trends

  • Maintain personnel records, including updating employee information and processing new hires, terminations, and other changes

  • Assist with employee benefits administration, including enrolling employees in benefits plans and answering questions about benefits coverage

  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide information on company policies and procedures

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4–6 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within IT / Tech organizations

  • Prior experience working in multinational companies (MNCs) is an added advantage

  • Educational background: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, or a Bachelor’s degree with relevant HR certifications

  • Technical proficiency in HRIS tools and strong skills in Microsoft Office and other productivity platforms

  • Demonstrates high integrity, strong ethics, and the ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including drafting policies and explaining complex HR matters clearly

  • Proven conflict resolution abilities with experience mediating workplace issues professionally and fairly

  • Adaptable, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and stays composed and solution oriented during change
