About this role

Be the voice of the customer. Drive innovation. Launch game-changing tech.

At Creo Medical, we’re transforming endoscopic surgical care with precision-focused electrosurgical systems. We’re looking for a commercially sharp, clinically curious, and globally minded Global Product Manager to own the strategy, development, and commercial success of our advanced energy portfolio. This isn’t just product management — it’s product leadership.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the full product lifecycle — from idea to launch to end-of-life — across global markets.
  • Develop product strategy and roadmaps backed by deep customer insight and market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with clinical experts, R&D, marketing, and regional commercial teams to bring best-in-class products to life.
  • Lead global upstream marketing: customer segmentation, positioning, business case development, and more.
  • Drive and support commercial launches worldwide, aligning messaging, education, and tools with customer needs.
  • Monitor product performance and market trends, ensuring your portfolio remains competitive and profitable.

What You Bring:

  • Extensive experience in medical device product management — ideally in electrosurgery or advanced energy systems.
  • Deep understanding of surgical and/or endoscopic environments, procedures, and healthcare dynamics.
  • Proven track record in working across functions — with engineers, clinicians, and commercial teams.
  • A mix of strategic vision and hands-on delivery.
  • You know how to get things done.
  • Strong technical grasp, customer focus, and commercial awareness.

Your Background:

  • Degree in life sciences, medical technology, engineering, or marketing.
  • MS or MBA advantageous.
  • Comfortable navigating complex global organizations and markets.
  • Willing and able to travel internationally as needed.

Why Join Us? This is your opportunity to help define a market-leading product line, work at the intersection of clinical impact and commercial success, and be part of a team that’s changing what’s possible in surgery.
