- Source and identify qualified candidates for open positions
- Post job vacancies through different recruitment channels
- Set-up, Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews
- Assess candidates' skills and experience
- Make hiring recommendations to the hiring manager
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Responsible for the full-loop of talent recruitment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
- Experience in recruiting, preferably in the tech industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Proficiency with G-Suite
- Willingness to work with tools such as Notion or other ATS
