Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Collect and organize data related to user behavior, market trends, and product performance.
• Assist in data analysis efforts to uncover insights and trends.
• Contribute to the creation of reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support A/B testing and experimentation efforts to improve product features.
• Implement and maintain data tracking and analytics solutions within our mobile apps.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to understand user behavior, engagement, and retention.
• Use data to uncover opportunities for app improvement and optimization.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop data visualizations to effectively communicate insights to cross-functional teams.
• Provide regular reports on app performance and user behavior to stakeholders.
• Work closely with customer support and user research teams to understand user pain points and preferences.
• Translate user insights into actionable recommendations for enhancing the app.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with mobile app analytics platforms (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics).
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of mobile app development and user experience principles is a plus
